Across projects at Pinterest, I partnered closely with cross-functional stakeholders—including sales, product marketing, GTM, and design—to shape narrative-led sales strategy grounded in customer insight. My work focused on aligning complex product capabilities into clear, persuasive stories that sales teams could confidently use with clients, translating strategy into scalable assets that balanced clarity, credibility, and visual storytelling.
Created a data-informed trends reports designed for sellers to share directly with clients, translating platform insights into accessible, client-ready narratives. Working in close collaboration with design, I helped shape both the editorial framing and visual execution to ensure the reports were engaging, credible, and easy for sales teams to deploy in real conversations. This new format increased adoption of our content by the sales team by 70%.
